Reservation and Payment

All reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method at the time of booking. We accept various payment options as indicated on our website. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the booking type. Payment must be completed prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed. Failure to provide valid payment details may result in cancellation of the reservation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled booking time, as outlined in your booking confirmation. If a reservation is canceled after this period, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method and may be subject to administrative charges. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur full charges.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in for verification.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to respect hotel property, staff, and other guests during their stay. Any damage caused to the hotel’s property or facilities by guests will be charged accordingly. Guests must comply with all hotel rules and regulations and ensure their behavior does not disturb others.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay. While we take reasonable care to ensure guest safety and comfort, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from the use of our services or facilities, except where such liability is required by law.
